CrewLogik's current standard membership is $199 per month for the first named owner seat, plus $149 per month for each additional named seat. Billing data is used to maintain the paid seat allowance and account access described in the Terms.

4. How Information Is Shared

CrewLogik shares information only as needed to provide the Service, operate infrastructure, process billing, communicate with users, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and security, or with your direction.

CrewLogik may process information with service providers including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Mapbox, Google Maps or Google Geocoding services where enabled, Resend, Expo, Apple services, and Google services.

CrewLogik does not sell customer or lead information.

5. Company and Customer Data

Roofing companies using CrewLogik are responsible for the customer and jobsite information they collect, upload, store, or process. This may include customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, property information, photos, documents, marketing leads, and communications.

Users are responsible for providing required notices and obtaining required permissions or consents before uploading or using customer data in CrewLogik.

6. Location, Maps, and Mobile Permissions

CrewLogik may use addresses, geolocation, map-selected points, satellite imagery, storm data, and canvassing data to provide mapping, measurement, storm search, door-knocking, and lead management features.

Mobile app permissions, such as camera, photos, location, and notifications, are requested only when needed for app features. You can control these permissions through your device settings, but some app features may not work without them.

  • Camera access is used to capture roof photos, jobsite photos, videos, lead documentation, and project records.
  • Photo and media library access is used to upload selected jobsite photos, videos, documents, reports, and other project files, and to save exported media where supported by the device.
  • Location access is used for addresses, maps, canvassing, roof measurements, storm tools, current-location search, and map-selected lead or job locations.
  • Notification access, when enabled, is used for lead alerts, account notifications, team updates, storm alerts, and related service messages.
  • Microphone access is used only when recording videos that include audio.

7. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

CrewLogik uses technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

CrewLogik retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, support backups, and protect security.

8. Account Deletion and Data Requests

You may request account deletion through the CrewLogik mobile app where available or by emailing support@crewlogik.com. CrewLogik creates a pending deletion request rather than immediately deleting company records, job records, billing records, or other business data.

CrewLogik will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations, billing records, fraud prevention requirements, security requirements, backup systems, dispute resolution needs, and other legitimate business retention purposes.

Billing records may include current and historical plans, seat quantities, invoices, payment events, and legacy purchase history. CrewLogik may retain these records after a plan change or account cancellation when reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, support, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Child Privacy

CrewLogik is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. CrewLogik is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy
